(1) From National Freeway 1:
Southbound: Take the Taichung System Interchange to National Freeway 4 (towards Fengyuan) → Exit at Houfeng Interchange (towards Fengyuan) → Follow Sanfeng Road → Continue onto Fengzhong Road → Turn right onto Zhongzheng Road → Continue straight onto Bo'ai Street → Turn right onto Yangming Street. The Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government will be on the right.
Northbound: Exit at Fengyuan Interchange (towards Fengyuan) → Continue straight onto Zhongshan Road to Zhongzheng Road → Turn right onto Xinyi Street → Continue straight to the intersection of Xinyi Street, Bo'ai Street, and Yangming Street → Turn onto Yangming Street. The Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government will be on the right.
(2) From National Freeway 3:
Southbound: Take the Zhonggang System Interchange to National Freeway 4 (towards Shengang) → Exit at Houfeng Interchange (towards Fengyuan) → Follow Sanfeng Road → Continue onto Fengzhong Road → Turn right onto Zhongzheng Road → Continue straight onto Bo'ai Street → Turn right onto Yangming Street. The Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government will be on the right.
Northbound: Take the Changhua System Interchange to National Freeway 1 (towards Taichung) → Take the Fengyuan Interchange (towards Fengyuan) → Continue straight on Zhongshan Road to Zhongzheng Road → Turn right onto Xinyi Street → Continue straight to the intersection of Xinyi Street, Bo'ai Street, and Yangming Street → Turn onto Yangming Street. The Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government will be on the right.
(3) Parking Information:
A. Underground Parking Lot of the Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government: 20 NTD per hour. (Parking not available on holidays)
B. Ground Style Parking Lot at the rear of the Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government, and parking spaces on the west side road: 20 NTD for the first hour, 40 NTD for the second hour, and 60 NTD per hour from the third hour onwards.
C. Parking Fee Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
D. Subsidiary Second Parking Lot of the Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government (Ziqiang South Street)
E. Recommended Peripheral Parking Spaces: Bo'ai Street (west side of the railway), Nanyang Road (Nanyang Elementary School), and Letian Street.
2. By High-Speed Rail or Taiwan Railway, then transferring to other modes of transportation:
(1) Upon arrival at the HSR Taichung Station, transfer to the Taiwan Railways and take a train from Xinwuri Station to Fengyuan Station (approximately 30 minutes). (2) By Taxi: The taxi fare from Fengyuan Station to the Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government is approximately 100 to 120 NTD (approximately a 5-minute drive).
(3) On Foot: Upon exiting Fengyuan Station, turn left onto Zhongzheng Road, then onto Bo'ai Street and Yangming Street, and turn left, crossing the railway. Continue along Yangming Street and the Yangming Municipal Building, Taichung City Government will be on the right. (Approximately 10 minutes on foot)
(4) Taichung City Bus to Yangming Municipal Building: Route 152 Fengyuan Expressway.
