1. By car:
(1) Take National Freeway 1 and exit at Taichung Interchange → Taiwan Boulevard (eastbound) → Turn right onto Section 2, Wenxin Road.
(2) Take National Freeway 1 and exit at Nantun Interchange → Wuquan West Road (eastbound) → Turn left onto Section 1, Wenxin Road.
(3) Take National Freeway 3 and exit at Kuaiguan Interchange → Wuquan West Road via Provincial Highway 74 (eastbound) → Turn right onto Shizheng Road → Turn left onto Section 2, Wenxin Road.
(4) Take Provincial Highway 74 → Exit onto Section 3, Huanzhong Road → Turn right onto Shizheng Road → Turn left onto Section 2, Wenxin Road.
(5) Take Provincial Highway 63 → Exit onto Section 3, Zhongtou East Road → Turn left onto Wenxin South Road → Continue onto Section 1, Wenxin Road.
2. By Bus:
(1) Take Ubus routes 53, 73, 153, 153, 153 (Feeder Route), and 153 (Interval) and get off at the "City Police Station" stop.
(2) Take CTbus route 151, 152, or 152 (Interval) and get off at the "City Police Station" stop.
(3) Take Taichung Bus route 157 and get off at the "City Police Station" stop.
(4) Take Jasun Bus route 359 and get off at the "City Police Station" stop.

3. By the Train:
Take the Taiwan Railways Mountain Line and get off at "Taichung" Station. Upon exiting the station, walk to "Taichung Station (Taiwan Boulevard)" and transfer to the city bus, Green Transit Route 48. Get off at the "Taiwan Boulevard Wenxin Intersection" stop and walk for 7 minutes.

4. By the High-Speed Rail:
Take the Taiwan High-Speed Rail and get off at "Taichung" Station. Transfer to the city bus CTbus route 151 and get off at the "City Police Station" stop.
5. Parking Information:
(1) For public services, please park your car or scooter at the Civic Park Underground Parking Lot.
(2) For meetings, please present your meeting notice to park at the Municipal Building Underground Parking Lot.
