Scope of Construction Projects over Certain Sizes or of Special Structure

1. A hillside building or miscellaneous works involving excavation, land leveling, and site preparation for an area up to 3,000 square meters.
2. Enlargement, reconstruction or construction of an exterior wall involving a change of up to 50 meters high or above, or involving a construction project of 15 stories high or above.
3. A reinforced concrete building project with a beam spanning 15 meters long or above.
4. A construction project with a steel-reinforced beam spanning 35 meters long or above.
5. A slope-retaining structure of 9 meters high or above.
6. A base located in the geologically sensitive areas announced by the city government and the excavation of its basement (including the base) exceeding 7 meters deep, or its basement excavation exceeding one story high.
7. A building to be dismantled exceeding 30 meters high or above or 10 stories high or above over the ground.
8. Other cases that may endanger public safety and cause major disasters and are deemed in need of consultation for the construction plan by the Urban Development Bureau.
